A new gauge has been painted on
one of the pillars of the bridge joining the town of Maniwaki
to Déléage. It is scaled by units from 0 to
40. The water level varies normally from 10 to 20 in the summer.
Our estimates indicate that the water level at the Festival
in the past have been around 15. The level 40 is indicated
under the bridge's apron, at this level, the town of Maniwaki
would be flooded.
The water level information is courtesy of "Tourisme
Vallée de la Gatineau" and it is updated on a
regular basis.
